As part of their project for Stavanger European Capital of Culture in 2008, Miho Shimizu and Øyvind Renberg launched the limited-edition Rio porcelain produced by Figgjo, inspired by travels in Brazil and classic Scandinavian kitchenware design. The 2008 collection includes two trays (110 editions) and two cups (120 editions), each sold with signed certificates. An installation was also on view at Tou Scene’s window gallery.
